Cutting
Efficient production of sheet metal products with modern punching, laser cutting and combi machines with high versatility and flexibility for material thicknesses up to 20 mm. Integrated FMS storage when applicable.
Bending
High variation of press brakes of different sizes for bending and shaping of sheet metal components. Complex parts are produced fast and accurately with short setup times and maximum efficiency.
Tube and profile manufacturing
The fully automated tube and profile bending unit manufactures components rapidly, precisely, and cost-effectively. The unique freeform bending technology allows tubes and profiles with varying radii to be formed into complex 3D shapes without tool changes. The robotic cell minimizes quality and dimensional variations by handling bending, 3D laser cutting and perforation, measuring, milling, and loading operations.
The system integrates advanced 3D laser technology and 100% point cloud-based measurement, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy. Quality control is ensured through Statistical Process Control (SPC), maintaining consistently high production standards. Fully automated tube and profile production technology is supplemented with semi‑automated sawing, cutting and drilling units
