We serve our customers with robotized powder painting for one and two layers and wet painting technologies are available for variating colours and customer demands.

Currently available pretreatment technologies are eco-friendly Oxsilan traditional zinc phosphatization.

Surface treatment

For surface treatment we apply both fully robotized grinding and flexible manual grinding complemented with deburring and sand blasting.

The combination of cutting-edge automation—including robotic welding and grinding—and streamlined internal logistics enables a high-quality, cost-effective, and predictable production of cabin frames. According to customer needs, we are also capable of protecting the internal surfaces of profiles with a waxing process.
