While we’re known for our large production volumes, we also manufacture highly customized cabs made from steel, aluminum, and plastic, adhering to the highest quality standards. Customized components, produced with high precision and cost efficiency, are assembled on a long main assembly line supported by dedicated subassembly areas and a well-organized material supermarket. MSK’s cabin manufacturing uses advanced Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) techniques to ensure optimal line balancing, efficient resource utilization, and consistently high quality and productivity. Continuous improvement, along with streamlined internal and external logistics, makes the assembly phase exceptionally efficient. Our commitment to Lean manufacturing principles is a core part of our operating model and a source of pride.
