Advanced production technologies

MSK uses modern production technologies in its manufacturing and has invested significantly in the automation of its processes. We continuously invest in energy efficiency and automation of production technologies and increase our overall manufacturing capacity.

In the production of metal components, modules, and frames, MSK has the capacity to manufacture sheet metal components up to a material thickness of 20 mm. Suitable machine areas have been integrated into FMS storage systems, enabling efficient production. In recent years, we have made substantial investments in robotic welding, robotic grinding, 3D tube bending, and 3D laser cutting, as well as in pretreatment technologies and painting for metal parts. We have also increased the level of automation in our assembly lines.

In plastics manufacturing

our main technologies are thermoforming, injection moulding, and reaction injection moulding. The automation level of our plastic production is high, and we have robotized our core processes. With our production-integrated painting lines, we paint products in customer-specific colors with high quality.
