Our fully customized plastic components are always designed together with the customer. Currently, MSK Plast produces over 1,000 different components.

Our expertise in various technologies and different plastic materials and molds is a key factor in manufacturing high-quality and durable plastic products. Our experts will help you choose the best production technology for your needs, whether it’s injection molding, reaction injection molding, or thermoforming.

Injection molding

Products are manufactured for demanding technical applications in industries like electronics, automotive, or technology. Materials are selected based on product requirements, such as fire protection, mechanical resistance, UV resistance, laser marking, and conductivity.

Reaction injection molding

This is the solution for medium or large parts that need good impact strength, design freedom, and good adhesion for surface treatment, using the unique Telene® material. From an environmental aspect, this material has a very low CO₂ footprint throughout the entire process chain.

Thermoforming

This manufacturing method relies on forming a thermoplastic sheet with a tooling mold, typically aluminum, using temperature control, heat, and vacuum suction. We offer our services with ABS, HDPE, PS, PET, and PMMA plastics. Raw material can be between 2.5 to 10.0 mm thick plastic sheets.

Further Processing

MSK Plast’s service offering includes further processing such as painting, gasketing services, assembly functions, laser welding, butt joint welding, and logistics services. We have two fully automated painting lines in Finland and robotic painting in Slovakia. Installation services include manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly, testing, and packaging of customer products, as well as an extensive network for sourcing installation components. Our logistics services ensure reliable deliveries worldwide, with electronic data interchange (EDI), customer packaging, and contract warehousing.

Quick Models for Industrial Applications

Quick models offer numerous benefits, as products, components, and even entire production lines can be tested before going into production. This leads to better efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness in manufacturing and serial production. MSK Plast can produce quick models and prototypes for the manufacturing industry using injection molding/reaction injection molding and all available quick modeling techniques. We have supplied thousands of quick models to our customers over the years.

Contract Stock

Our modern and efficient warehousing services allow us to supply products to customers in many different ways. You can choose from traditional delivery after an order, queue delivery, shelf service, and contract warehouse delivery.

The contract stock means we and the customer define the necessary quantities for each product. We promise to be able to ship the agreed quantity of any product from our stock whenever the customer needs it.
